Northcity Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message. Sent straight to Nathan by email and not stored in a database.
• Client and project data — the files, databases, mail, and credentials needed to do the work you have engaged us for.
• Server logs — standard web server access logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processors. We do not store card numbers.

How we use it

• To reply to you and to carry out the work you have asked for
• To operate, secure, monitor, and back up the services we host for you
• To invoice you and process payment

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the processors listed below.

Tracking

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from this site rather than a font network, so loading a page tells no one else that you visited.

• Amazon SES — outbound email delivery
• Stripe — payment processing, PCI-DSS compliant
• Wave — invoicing and bookkeeping
• Cloudflare — DNS and network protection for some sites
• Amazon Web Services — offsite backup storage and email infrastructure
• Twilio — SMS delivery, for the accountability coaching service only

Data retention

We keep client data for the duration of the engagement and up to 12 months afterward, so a returning client is not starting from nothing. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data. Email us and we will do it.

SMS accountability coaching

The following applies only if you have separately enrolled in Northcity's SMS accountability coaching service.

• Phone number — collected when you enroll in the SMS notification service
• Name — used to personalize communications
• Usage data — the daily and weekly habit check-in responses you submit

This is used to send daily and weekly SMS accountability notifications and reports, to track commitment completion and generate performance summaries, and to process payments related to accountability agreements.

By providing your phone number and consenting to the service, you agree to receive SMS messages from Northcity Solutions, LLC. Message frequency varies, typically one message per day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
